Policies
Cancellation
- Any and all agreements may be terminated by either party upon written notice to then other no later than 4 months prior to the event date via registered/ certified mail only.
Postponement
- If the event is postponed, the consultant will try to accomodate the clients new date.
- In the event that the consultant is unable to reschedule her other appointmets in accordance to the new date, T. Rena Weddings agrees to send another representative in her place.
Payment
Invoices $600 and over
- A deposit of half (1/2) of the agreed upon amount must be received Two (2) weeks month after the signing of the letter of agreement or the consultation agreement non-refundable
- The next quarter (1/4) will be paid in accordance to the agreed upon terms.
- The remaining quarter (1/4) will be paid no later than one (1) month prior to the event.
Invoices under $600
- A partial payment (1/2) of the agreed upon amount must be received two (2) weeks after the signing of the letter of agreement or the consultation agreement non-refundable
- The remaining balance (1/2) will be paid no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Refund
- There are no full refunds
- The initial deposit is non refundable
- Partial Refunds will only be honored to clients whom have cancelled their event in accordance to the cancellation policy.
- Clients will receive a 25% refund of the last installment received by the consultant.
- Refunds will be returned to the client one (1) month later via money order.
Travel
- Client will be responsible for all traveling charges in addition to the cost of the services rendered.
- Airfare, hotel (of consultants choice), rental vehicle (of consultants choice) and Gas allowance will be paid by the client when applicable.
- Client will be responsible for all gas purchases (premium gas only) and toll charges when requesting home visits withn the NY NJ CT (Tri-state area).
