Everything has been planned but you just want peace of mind on your special day. You'd rather enjoy your day without anwering tons of questions by the vendors and guest . We Strongly suggest our Day of Coordinating Services. 

Silver Package - The Bride who has done everything but still has a few questions and needs assistance on her big day.

Gold Package- The bride who has a few vendors booked already but still needs help with at least half the remaining vendors.

Diamond Package- This is for the bride has found her Gown and needs help with everything else.

Platinum Package - For the bride who doesn't know where to start and needs plenty of guidence. 

Silver  Wedding Package includes the following:

$1000.00

• Up to 3 Consultations only (in which the wedding plans will be discussed in detail)
• Preparation of a deatiled itinerary of the wedding day
• Supervision of the set-up of the ceremony site, flower arrangements, etc.
• Assistance to the Bride and Wedding party 1 hour prior to the ceremony
• Transportation of small items from the ceremony site to the reception venue
• Supervise the set-up of the reception venue
• Placement of centerpieces, place cards etc.
• Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers etc)
• Supervision of and communication with all vendors while present
• Assistance to the guest in anyway possible and handling of anything unexpected while present
• Issue payments to vendors (if applicable)
• Be on hand for rehearsal and assist with the same.

Gold Wedding Package includes the following:

Diamond Wedding Package includes the following:

• Unlimited consultations on such subjects as wedding style, degree of formality, wording of invitations, music for the ceremony, wording of vows etc.
• Develop a detailed budget
• Create a detailed task list and calendar, updated regulary
• Consultation as to the reception menu and estimate the amount  needed of liquor, beer, wine and champagne
• Obtain estimates from caterers for your approval, retain caterer and handle communication with them
• Contact rental business for tables, chairs, linen etc, to arrange delivery and pick up and to determine which items must be returned.
• Consultation as to your preferences in photographs, retain a photographer and or videographer approved by you and work out a list of required shots
• Consultation as to your preferences in  reception music, retain Dj approved by you and work out a list of required songs
• Consultation as to your preferences in flowers retain a florist approved by you and work out a list of  flowers needed
• Obtain estimates from bakers for your approval, retain baker and handle communication with them regarding the wedding cake
• Communicate with vendors on your behalf, throughout the entire planning process
• Assist in finding clergy to officiate the wedding, if you are not affliated with a particular church
• Assist both the bride and wedding party finding their attire
• Developement of a schedule of vendor deposits, payments and balances due updating regulary
• Be on hand at the rehearsal and assist with the same 
• Develop a wedding day itinerary

• Remove small items from the ceremony site and transport to the reception site

Day of Coordinating Services

Wedding Ceremony Only- $250.00

• Unlimited consultations withe couple 1 week prior to wedding date (via e-mail, phone or in office)
• Supervision of the setup of the ceremony site, flower arrangements etc.
• Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony
• Supervise the line-up of the wedding party prior to the processional
• Assistance to the guest in anyway possible and the handling of anything unexpected

  Rehearsal Coordination- $325.00

  Limited to one location and the maximum of 2 hours

  • Be present at you rehearsal and assist with same
  • Coordinate all timing in accordance to the musical selection
  • Coordinate all standing positions of the bridal party
  • Coordinate the order in which the bridal party will enter the ceremony/ reception location

  Rehearsal & Wedding Ceremony- $400.00

  • Unlimited consultations withe couple 1 week prior to wedding date (via e-mail, phone or in office) 
  • Be present at your rehearsal and assist with the same 
  • Supervision of the setup of the ceremony site, flower arrangements etc.
  • Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony
  • Supervise the line-up of the wedding party prior to the processional
  • Assistance to the guest in anyway possible and the handling of anything unexpected

   Reception only -$400.00 

• Supervision of the set up of the reception site
• Placement of centerpieces,  place cards etc.
• Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers etc.)
• Supervision of and communication with the vendors during the first 4 hours of the reception 
• Assistance to the guest in anyway possible and the handling of anything unexpected
• Collecting of small items fir pick up by rental companies
• Packing of leftover and small items for bride and groom.
• WE WILL NOT CLEAN THE PREMISES OR RETURN RENTALS

Wedding Ceremony & Reception- $500.00

• Unlimited consultations with couple 1 week prior to wedding date (via e-mail, phone or in office)
